The company changed ownership in January of 1991, when Brian Carlin and Jamie Macoun became the owners. Brian Carlin, being the Agent and Broker, brought with him 19 years of management and experience in the Calgary Real Estate Industry.

The new ownerships philosophy and commitment to develop the highest standards of professional service, providing the most up to date computer equipment, technology, and support to its associates. This leading edge marketing approach has allowed RE/MAX Landan to enjoy phenomenal growth and success.

In June 1994, RE/MAX Landan purchased the building they are currently in allowing them the flexibility to expand and take advantage of all their future endeavours.
