Prior to starting the Road to Success program I didn't have business or personal goals in writing, a business plan or really any direction. My first year in real estate, I hadn't been proactively seeking business and had simply been waiting for the phone to ring.

The Road to Success showed me how to apply strategy and consistency to my business - which is the key to success in real estate. The program helped to exceed my commission goal of $100,000 for 2002 - a goal I set at the beginning of the program which seemed almost impossible to achieve. I still refer to the program material often and really do credit it for the success I have achieved. I am looking forward to using the skills I acquired to exceed this year's goal!

I found this program gave me the tools I needed to be able to supply my clients with “superior” service, and set me apart from the many other agents I compete with. Throughout the many seminars and training courses I have taken over the past year, plenty of new ideas have been thought of, however very few have been acted upon. The Road to Success program consistently generated new ideas and with the regular meetings and follow-up calls, most of these ideas have been implemented and improved upon.

My work is now much more organized and I find I am prepared to deal with many situations which I was not equipped to previously. I can recognize different types of clients and consciously adjust my presentation to address their specific needs.

I have no doubt that with this proper ground work in place, my real estate career will be a continued success and that I will provide services “Above and Beyond” the competition..
